Health – Mindfulness stress management in the present moment

First of all, mindfulness is defined as perception of the present moment with acceptance, i.e. without evaluation with an inner attitude that recognizes what is right now. Secondly, adding more mindfulness to your life will have a positive impact on your health in a variety of ways. This includes coping with stress and your ability to relax.

In a science-based program, participants learn the practice of mindfulness through meditation. Numerous studies prove the effectiveness of the program (MBSR – mindfulness based stress reduction), which has been successfully practiced since 1979. In addition, e.g. mindful self-compassion (MSC) is a particularly effective program.
